Our Process

Onboarding & Strategy

After a quick meet and greet with the Skol team, we’ll ask you to hand over the keys to your various digital accounts before getting you started on a short onboarding questionnaire. We will then host a follow-up meeting to review your answers and dig deeper into the needs, wants, and wishes of your new website.

Once goals and objectives are defined—and the green light given on a new sitemap—we’ll head straight to the workbench to get started on the next stage of our process: Design & Development.

Design & Development

Quality Assurance & Client Review

The second stage of our process is all about taking the information we received during the onboarding phase and turning it into a working, functioning prototype. During this time, we’ll connect you with one of our copywriters to further discuss your content needs in a brief one-on-one ideation session.

Once completed, the new content is handed over to our design team where any webpage iterations are brought to life. This allows us to solidify the original sitemap, leading us to the next stage in our process: QA & Client Review.

Before launching your shiny, new website to the public, we’ll reconnect with you to make sure that the look, feel, and functionality is in tune with your vision. While under review, our developers will dedicate time to meticulously testing your updated website, making sure that any errors, snags, or glitches are nipped in the bud.

Once we’ve confirmed that your site is ready for the world to see, we’ll head over to the next stage in our process: Pre + Post Launch/SEO Phase 1.

Pre/Post Launch Seo Phase 1

Congratulations! Your new website is ready for liftoff! The next step is optimizing your online presence by letting our SEO wizards work their magic behind the scenes.

From researching and analyzing relevant keywords to implementing said keywords into your website content and metadata, this step helps to draw more eyes to your website and, of course, build your reputation with Google.
