DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking to hire a client-facing Digital Project Manager to join our Website Development team. This person will be in charge of managing multiple website projects from start to finish, facilitating project needs to our Design, Copywriting, Development, SEO, and Social Media teams to ensure projects stay on track and within budget, and communicating with clients throughout the lifetime of their project to ensure we are meeting the clients’ expectations.
This role is for someone with one or more years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent position. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, deadline-driven person who can juggle multiple projects from beginning to end.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with clients to determine their requirements and desires for their new website project or existing website updates
- Create and manage all projects within Asana and utilize email and Slack to communicate with clients and team members
- Resource tasks to team members throughout several departments and follow up to ensure completion
- Communicate early with other team members about their roles in a project
- Track and manage time spent to ensure that the project stays within budget
- Communicate with clients about requested items that are out of scope and provide estimates for these items
- Facilitate the launching of new websites with the help of the dev and SEO teams
- Discussing ongoing marketing and maintenance needs with clients
- Run wrap-up meetings and training sessions with clients to provide them with the tools to manage their site post-launch.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 1-2 years of Project Management or equivalent experience
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- General understanding of online technology
- Experience with Asana or other project management tools
- Experience with Google products and tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Search Console)
- Experience working with WordPress, Squarespace, and/or Weebly websites
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify

- The individual who is hired will sell our digital marketing solutions including, SEM, SEO, Social Media, and Web Development sales to local small and medium-sized businesses

- A demonstrated application and success in selling Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display Advertising, OTT/CTV, social media, Website Development, and more
- A demonstrated ability to understand different business categories prospect in
- A history of doing in-depth needs analysis designed to uncover a client’s needs and then provide the right solution(s) to fit that need and show data that corroborates and justifies the sale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present multi-varied solutions to groups of people as needed
- Proven track record of developing a business marketing strategy for local and regional clients
- Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- A demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of clients
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing Sales Experience
